A little help in the studio
Your first pack
Open the studio, choose a JPG or PNG, and select the formats you want. Click each ratio to inspect it. Choose fill or fit and use the horizontal and vertical controls for fill mode. Download a free preview to examine the ZIP before buying.
File limits
The initial version accepts one image at a time, up to 30 MB and 40 megapixels. Transparent PNG areas are flattened onto white when exported to JPEG. Animated images, SVG, TIFF, HEIC, CMYK workflows, and color-profile management are outside this version's scope.
Low-resolution notice
A warning means at least one selected size has fewer than approximately 300 source pixels per inch. Use a higher-resolution original, deselect the affected size, or acknowledge the limitation. Resampling does not add genuine detail.
Payment and access
When checkout opens, payment is handled on the payment provider's hosted page. Return to FolioKiln after payment to activate access. Save your license file from the studio. To restore access in another browser, choose “Already purchased? Restore license” and paste the saved license. Keep it private.
If activation fails after payment, keep the payment reference and contact support. Do not buy again. If checkout says “opening soon,” purchases are not enabled and no payment can be taken.
Downloads and troubleshooting
If a download does not appear, check your browser's download controls. Large exports use device memory; close other tabs and export fewer ratios if needed. Images are not saved by FolioKiln, so keep your originals. Moving to checkout reloads the page; you may need to choose the original again afterward.
